my 1.3 year old is having one breast larger than other. is it common for babies have uneven chest size

A. yes that can happen but examination by dr is needed in your case a medical examination is required for proper diagnosis and treatment. difficult to tell without examination whether it is normal or not. advisable to remain in contact with your doctor for proper guidance and treatment
