mujhe kuch dino se white discharge ho rahaaa hai ,jadha nahi Zara Zara aisaaa kyoun ho rHa hai ,aur mujhe Zara saA Kaam kiyaa to bhi thakan hotaaa hai, meri c section delivery huvaa hai ,ye merAA 1 ST BABY HAI 1 YEAR KAAA PLZ HELP ME

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. please why not do a CBC and thyroid test. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stressCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
