A. Hello dear parent, main sign of pregnancy is missing periods. Agar aapke periods miss hue Hai toh Aapko zarur test karna chahiye pregnancy ke liye. Right side cramps aana bhi common Hai during pregnancy. But test karke zarur check kijiye.
