Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear Parent! Be stress free as much as possible. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Include methi in your daily diet to increase breastmilk supply. Consult a lactation expert for further advice. Good luck and take care.
