Mother of 22 months twins baby boys. One baby has fever from last 2 days. I have given him calpol. What shold i do so that his fever goes away. Or i have to wait for 1 more day..

A. most of the times the babies will be having viral infection is the reason for fever generally they will subset in two or three days if the intensity of fever is more it is advisable to consult a doctor
