Mother of 10 month old son. My son has diarrhoea and vomiting for the past 3 days. Kindly suggest what can I do

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. baby is having gastroenteritis infection It is very important to avoid dehydration please give ORS coconut water buttermilk to the baby give zinconia syrup 5 ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to the baby
