Sowmya MMom of 3 children4 years agoA. hello actually as a breastfeeding mother you have to be very careful with your food intake because it comes in the form of breastmilk to you baby you have to include lot and lots of green leafy vegetables hot water milk and take rest good hot fermentation by think everything is very much important and also if you are a non vegetarian you can have chicken leg soup mutton leg soup chicken in your diet and use more of spices Indian spices
