Give dal , khichdi, suji, daliya, or soft roti can soked in daal, curd, paneer, eggs, avoid non veg fruits , seasonal vrgetables give 3 to 4 meals a day with milk in between you can also give powdered dry fruits like almonds, balance the diet and give all nutirents
