A. To increase breastmilk supply, include foods like oatmeal, fenugreek, carom seeds, cumin, broccoli, green leafy vegetables, carrots, dry fruits, chicken, eggs, avocado, brown rice, fennel seeds and milk. While nursing the baby, keep massaging the breasts to increase milk secretion and latch baby frequently as supply largely depends on the demand.
