mje a b takk period nh aaya...I have twins and my babies r 11 months old now...so worried that I didn't got my period yet..so what should I do...or its normal for a year that somebody gets late period after delivery

A. Periods after delivery may occur anytime in between one year and may remain irregular for a few months no medication is needed for that you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake
