AbhayaMom of a 16 yr old boy5 months agoA. Hi mom yes it good to take to boost milk supply. Also drink plenty of water during the day to increase ur breast milk supply. u can continue to breastfeed ur baby till two Years as long as u and ur baby is comfortable
