Meri wife 6 months pregnent hai...kya hum unko cherry ka murrabba de skte hai...agr yes..to kitni quantity main?... plz help me in this topic...thanks

try to include different serials pulses and green leafy vegetables in a week to get all nutrition

Hello sir Yes you can give a little bit on an every day basis as I would like to tell you there is no restriction on eating anything as such just fruits like papaya and watermelon is not recommended to be eaten apart from that I have not heard any kind of restriction on any kind of food
