A. dear mum baby ko sabhi family foods dein five meals this includes two healthy snacks give more than One Katori every time but this also depends upon your baby intake the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits dairy products like curd paneer nuts
