meri delivery ko abhi 12 din hue he mujhe Brest milk nai ho raha he Brest milk ache se ho taki meri beti ka pet bhar sake uske liye kya karna padega ....abhi Tak use bahar ka milk den pad raha he

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please take shatavari powder with milk to increase breast milk supply. Also you can take gur with jeera to increase breast milk supply. Please massage your breasts gently before feeding the baby. Thanks and take care
