mam,as a child is of 1+ age ,you can offer almost all homemade food items which you regularly prepare for your family.
so as such nothing to worry about it.
but if you want to continue with breastfeeding ,to increase your breastmilk supply ,you can take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk twice in a day.
