meri delivery 22 Dec 2020 ko huyi but abi tak periods nhi huy ,or pregnancy k saare precautions liy h to next baby ka bhi koi chance ni h abi and pet me halchal mehsoos hoti h kabi kabi

A. well ok. try to exercise. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
