Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. aise nahi bata sakte hain. you for this should see a pediatrician as it s not possible and difficult to comment upon with out a examination and so for treatment it s a must.
Also might need some tests to be done

Maintain hydration
Maintain hygiene
Give adequate water
Take a good care of your baby
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge etc
