meri c section delivery hai or ab mujhe bohot jada backpain hota hai m half an hour b nahi beith pati na hi koi work kar pati hu please tell me m iske liye kya karu

A. post delivery back pain is due to wrong sitting and standing positions during feeding always have a back support whenever you are feeding your baby for now you can start syrup dashamoola raised to tbsp with equal quantity of water twice daily
