meri beti one year 3 months ki hai... usko bhut jyda cold and cough hai... konsi medicine and cough syrup du??

Avoid medicines early
Try home remedies like
Give indirect steam inhalation to baby where just put the steamer on and let baby sit in front of it.
Use otrivin paediatric nasal drops for nasal blockage relief
Use nasal saline drops for dry nose
For dry cough avoid medicines early.
