NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello some kids are slow it gainer and if the child is active than it is not a problem and make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious well balance food in the diet and include fruits vegetables green leafy vegetables dry fruits and dairy product which will help in the growth of the child
