meri beti ghar ka bana hua khana nehi khati he jyese ki dal, chawal, sabji kuchh bhi nehi leti he, bas bahar khana jyese , choclate, noodles, etc.. abhi wo 3.6years mujhe ye bataiye ki me usko kyesa khana khila sakta hun, plz

Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us with this question I will suggest that the best that you can do to start with is educate your child about healthy food items and the consequences of eating junk food once your baby is where they automatically start to eat healthy and you as a family also should ensure do not indulge in eating and healthy food items this way your baby will watch and learn and be sure that she makes good choices
