meri beti driti to 2 month 10 din hospital me rakha kyuki wo preterm born baby thi Ghar pe aake usako cough ho gaya he firse admit Kiya he... sorry please advice me how to care her

Your child was a premature child I think that is why due to cough also your doctors may have advised to admit it because your child is very sensitive in this age the stomach is not proper the immunity is really poor so that is why they may have advised don’t worry they’ll give proper medicines to the child and probably the child would be discharged within a day or two hopefully the child recovers in that time otherwise you can sometimes take about three days also
