he is already finish his allergy medicine. I have done pest control in home in September after that he started coughing. his medicine course completed..

This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes around child.

For cold / running nose give syp wikoryl AF 5 ml to the child 2- 3 times per day. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold)
Prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal congestion and block.
For wet coughing you can give syrup ascoril LS 5ml twice daily to the childs
Indirect steam help in decreasing coughing
For fever and pain give paracetamol
Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with watesr combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day.
Give warm water to drink.
