meri beti 3 yr 2 mths ki hai but use bhuk nhi lgti , only bottle se milk leti hai. uski bhuk increase krne ki koi medicine btaiye

First you need to stop giving bottle to the child giving bottle at this age is extremely unhealthy so you need to stop giving bottle to the child and secondly start with an iron supplement for the child currently maybe this could be due to deficiency of Iron once that starts meeting up in the body I’m quite sure situation is going to be under control
