mother should take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day .
you need extra calories and stay hydrated

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please have shatavari powder with cow milk twice a day and have soaked meethi seeds early in the morning and also increase the intake of garlic ginger green leaves vegetables and dairy products in your diet.
