Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. yes it may affect baby's eyes because when you notice that while watching tv or mobile babies usually do not blink their eyes which will weakens their eye sight and sometimes becomes more watery and painful too.
try to engage in brain development games give board games, board books, play with baby make some activities
