Meri beti 10 months ki hai aur uski paali chal rahi aur cold coughing bhi hai main maxtra syrup 3ml 3 times aur Usal LS plus syrup 4 ml three times de rahi but relief ni mil raha pasli chal rahi main kya karun

A. agar yah medicine se relief nahin hai To Shayad baby ko inhalers Deni hogi cold and cough most of the times because of viral infection sometimes even allergies please give steam inhalation frequently to liquefied the secretions and saline nasal drops in nose of the baby
