meri baby nhi sunti ..uske kaan m sound nhi h...uska ilaz suru hoga...lekin m khud s usko bolna sikhana chahti h ..har chiz smjana chahti hu ..vo dimag s strong h ..koi help

A. The initial issue child is not able to listen you have to go is it proper treatment which you have started so maybe you can go ahead with teaching with hand gestures I think that is going to be one more thing and try to make your child speak behind you make sure that your child is reading your lips that is going to be very important in this case
