Q.

Meri baby ko 4 month 5 day hua or cough anytime hota he.nabulaizer pichle month bhi diya tha or abhi fir se hogaya.kya karu,ya kuch heart ya juch big problems ha. pregnancy k time mera toxo igg postive tha

A. Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful . cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expguectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor according to the type uof cough. if fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

A. Nebulizers are a good option for children with severe breathing issues due to a cough or cold, but it is vital only to use medication that a doctor prescribes and follow their instructions. With proper use, a nebulizer can clear congestion in babies to help them breathe better.
