meri baby ki eyes m is trah redness hai . ise koi problem nahi hai na koi itching , watery bhi nahi hai thickness bhi nahi hai. koi dikkat ki baat to nahi hai.

A. if it is only redness without any pain or itching ideally it should be ok . however keep a watch. some soap may have entered the eyes. use a mild soap for bath. and if you feel there is any issue please consult your pediatrician itself once for any medicine or drops.
