White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like Pityriasijs Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper moisturisation of skin is very importan jh SWt for this you can use a good cream like atogla or sebamed lotion and maintain a good hygiene .
