meri baby ke pair ke joint se awaj aati hai..jab cycling karti ho masage ke waqt..is this normal or need any attention

there is space between the bones and when they move you will hear them. x
it will usually decrease with increasing age of the child and it is totally normal and it is not a fracture.
still if the cxhild is having pain then only you have to meet the doctor.
