Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. apply dologel over the ulcer here you can follow your doctor advise and he will explain you in a proper manner after doing a proper assessment as it's important .
So it's better to get the solution in a correct way .
You can also consuiklt online to a doctor for the same as a detailed discussion can be done .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. Its Newborn child so I would advise you to take a consultation with your paediatrician or a dentist before you apply anything over there because it’s a newborn child so I will not be able to help you with the correct treatment as of now
