Meri baby 48 hours se Stool pass nhi kiya he,but urine thik thak ho raha he.But Thoda thoda kar k spit up kar raha he khana. Kya Problem hai?? Me Breastfeed karti hun aur meri diet bhi bilkul perfect hai
