meri baby 4 month ki hai, kuch dino se wo baar aise muh banati hai jaise vomiting aane wala ho.vomit nhi karti hai par baar baar tough waise hi nikalti hai jaise jab hmlog ka ji michlata hai.wo sirf breastfeed pe hai.please help

A. good evening I would recommend that you should try to give tummy time to your baby to improve digestion it is very important to give your baby burp properly after feeding the child every time
