meri baby 1 month 25 days ki hai dr. ne iron ki drop lakhi hui hai dene se ....but me jyda medicine nehi dena chahati bacche ko....iron ki drop bacche ko kyu diya jata hai ......kya mujhe dena chaye iron drop

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. if the baby is having less hemoglobin in the body like anaemia then only iron drops is advisable to be given to the baby otherwise there is no need to use this
