#asktheexperts hello... baby ko iron drops dena zaroori hai..?? jaha hospital me baby hui ti waha to nai recommend kia tha doctor ne. but jaha vaccination karai waha bole hai ki iron drops do

A. Multivitamin and only vitamin D mandatory for one year after that calcium and iron is only recommended by the paediatrician if they say that you are meant to give it due to some deficiency in the body then you have to give it otherwise it is not necessary to be given
