meri 2 saal ki beti h use dirrhoea hai..dr ne ofloxcin, entrogermina, lenzoprax kid 15 di hai usmein se ofloxcin nhi le rhi beti sab spit kr rhi hai ulti krke ke nikal rhi,, dr kehte hai deni hi padegi dava,,, hum kya krein kese karein uska stool morning sahi tha medium hard,, afternoon its loose and little bit foamy..what to do?

A. Loose motion most of the time is because of some infection which could be viral or bacterial and in such case it is associated with symptoms like fever along with vomiting and loss of appetite . supportive treatment is very necessary wheret proper hydration should be maintained by giving ORS along with that probiotic can be given like enterogermina or econorm in a proper dose . Antibiotics has their role only if it is bacterial infection . for this doctor guidance is necessary .
