shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello mom it happen when there is lot of sweating on the particular part of the body when its get trapped under the skin then it comes out in the form of prickly heat or ghamoria you just need to keep the area dry and clean and coal make use of the mild shampoo or the soap to make it clean make him wear cotton clothes ...there should be less sweating
