Q.

mere periods peechli bar se bahut kam aye hai only 2 days previous time mujhe 3 April ko aye the this time mujhe 28 a gye but very less what is the reason?

A. see its ok if there is no other problem. we can wait n watch. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
