Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hair fall usually happens because of many factors and most of the time its multifactorial. Most important is the requirement of proper nutrition where a diet rich in good amount of protein iron and other micronutrients is important. Iron and Zinc also plays important role. Other factors could be hormonal disbalance specially thyroid hormone . A good care calong with hmaintainance of proper hygiene is also necessary . Use good product specially a mild shampoo with a good conditioner.
