mere haad and pair me dard ho raha hai pahle ye sirf hatho ke ungliyaan me hoti thi morning me nd wo kadak ho jate the. and wrist ke vain me hote the. but after delivery. ye pain pair ke ungilio me knee ke side me baithne uthe me and pairo ke unglio ke upar ke vains me pain hone laga hai m very scared kindly suggest
