many times white spots can occur in children but does not require any treatment except moisturizing lotion application or simple coconut oil application. 
they will persist for few weeks and then will go away
if the problem continues beyond two weeks and is increasing in size and intensity then you have to meet the doctor for evaluation.

some times it can be due to nutritional deficiency, skin sensitivity, allergy, fungal infection also for which your doctor will prescribe specific cream.  
so meet the doctor for diagnosis and treatment

hello white spots can be due to dryness and you can be applying baby cream and lotion like Babyhug which can help and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
