A. well you must eat lots of fibre rich foods and pulses and water and daliya. as that will help you a lot ok. a. d take lots more f water ok

A. hello mom, are you getting the milk after 15 days or not.if milk is not getting talk to gynic immediately and ask for supplements. if they give initially that will help to improve the mklkk supply
