Mere beti ko 13 months huea hain lekin mujhe avi thk periods ni aya ? Kya krunn mujhe tension horahe?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. Periods after delivery may occur anytime in between one year or 15 - 16 months and may remain irregular for a few months
no medication is needed for that
you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake and use proper contraceptive method to avoid unwanted pregnancy

it vary from one to one as some get very nxt month and some may get after a yr of delivery..
