mere bete ko bar bar tej bukhar aa jata he... to koi care karne ka tarika btao jise bukhar na aaye??........plz.....

start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day .
give sunbath every morning for half an hour daily .

This can be because of weak immunity in such case you should definitely consult with your paediatrician about it because you’re Dr can only advise you well after examining baby. You should not give any sort of medication to your baby till it is not advised by Dr
