mere bete ko 101 fever tha. doc ne use ye vali med di. jisme se mene cilpol 120 ki dose ko mene rat 3 bje dobara se de di. kyo k fever utr nhi rha tha. koi dikkat to nhi na. overdose to nhi hui ye. usse pehle mene rat ke 9 bje di thi med. mera beta 7 month ka hai. vo aaj apna sir bhi hila rha hai thora jhatke se. kya ye normal hai. boht tensn me hu main. plz help

A. cold sponge keejiye aur 6 ghante ke baad dose repeat karna hai. there are various reasons for the baby to have fever starting from infections like viral bacterial inflammations we had to treat with only paracetamol which is safe if the fever is more than 100 degre
