there is no medicine for teething phase.
gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip.
also give your kid chilled silicon based teething rings to chew on

Tablet number 21 under homeopathy would be good actually it helps in easing down the process so you can go ahead with that apart from that there is no such medicine and the child is not willing to eat much during this time it’s good for you to give plenty of fluids which is easier for them to accept
