First you should get it evaluated as it us important yo know the reason of hairfall as it could be due yo nutritional deficiency or hormonal imbalance or stress and chew five curry leaves empty stomach every morning include mire protein in all 3 meals and apply coconut oil infused with castor oil and rosemary oil drops apply twice a week
