Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. wet cloth. As per you have mentioned it is normal for the babies and all . No need to worry for same but if you feel then can consult a near by doctor for examination of baby .

You You start brushing at least twice a day once in the morning and once you put your child to sleep during the night time it’s very important try to give really good amount of water as well because sometimes due to lack of water also a child can have bad breath so do they still if nothing works for you then you should consult a paediatric dentist for this
